MBTI has being in personality type research and practice for nearly 70 years.

The analysis report includes the following three parts: personality type analysis, career development analysis and work environment analysis.

1. Personality type analysis

MBTI personality theory
PERSONALITY is derived from the Latin Persona, also known as individuality. Psychologically, personality refers to the nature of the behavioral responses acting by a person under certain circumstances. Namely, it’s a person’s unique acting behavior and responses in living, working, ways of thinking decision-making and etc. There are many kinds of personality theories in the world, whereas MBTI theory is the most popular and widely used personality assessment by individuals and organizations.

MBTI personality types are divided into four separated categories, with each category composed of two opposite poles, a total of eight poles as follows:

* Where we focus our attention————- Extraversion (E) or Introversion (I)
* The way we take in information————- Sensing (S) or iNtuition (N)
* The way we make decisions ————-Thinking (T) or Feeling (F)
* How we deal with the outer world————- Judging (J) or Perceiving (P)

According to the above four categories, each person has his own inherent tendency or orientation, that is, the category divided into two areas by a centerline, the person falls into one area rather than the other, we call it “preferences.” For example: If you fall into Extroversion, then you have “Extroversion preferences”; the opposite is “Introversion preferences”.

In real life, the nature of your acting and behavior ways fall into both poles of a category, but one is more frequently applied and you feel more natural and comfortable with it. Just like people using their hands, some people are left-hander, some are right-hander. Similarly, the most comfortable and naturally used ways are your preference. Combining the four preferences, it comes out your personality type, which reflects the nature and features of your psychological processes and behavioral characteristics.

Combining preferences in four categories, we can get a total of 2 * 2 * 2 * 2 = 16 personality types, including performer, champion and etc.
